• Production and delivery will resume sequentially after the holiday

For customers with e-commerce sales plans, promotional campaigns, OEM projects, or replenishment needs, we strongly recommend confirming production schedules and shipping timelines in advance to avoid post-holiday congestion.

• Emails and routine inquiries will be reviewed periodically by on-duty staff

• Urgent matters can be addressed through your assigned sales contact

• Sample requests and custom specifications will be arranged after normal operations resume
